Eligibility for Refunds
- Time Frame: Items can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the purchase has been made.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that show signs of wear or have been used cannot be returned.
- PRODUCTS ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR REFUND.
How to Request a Refund
With your order you will receive a form (about the size of a postcard) that you can fill out and ship to the address provided. If you have misplaced or lost the form please provide a note with your name, phone number, address, and your order number with the product you're sending back and let us know if you're returning the item(s) or exchanging (please provide new desired sizes). Send the note and item(s) to the following address:
Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify thoiseth@generalsports.us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide as much information on the defects as well as photos that show the problems.
