1. Shipping Methods and Rates

 

- USPS Priority Mail: Flat rate of $8 per order. Usually typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery, depending on your location. 

- USPS Ground Advantage: Flat rate of $5 per order. Usually takes 3-6 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99.

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Order Status: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the confirmation email.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

 

- Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update our policy accordingly.

 

4. Delivery Issues

 

- Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors such as weather, carrier delays, and high demand may affect delivery times. General Sports doesn’t have control over any shipping delays. For any questions regarding delayed shipments, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.

- Lost or Stolen Packages: General Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

 

5. Address Accuracy

 

- Verification: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

- Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact Tyler immediately at thoiseth@generalsports.us. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped. If an address has to be changed after the item has been shipped, the buyer will incur the cost of shipping.

- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your order.
